The construction industry is grappling with significant productivity challenges that threaten the successful delivery of projects and the long-term sustainability of businesses. Despite robust activity levels, productivity in the sector has plummeted over the past three decades, reaching a 60-year low.  Innovative approaches to enhance efficiency and collaboration are urgently needed to drive greater productivity within the workforce and meet Australia's growing infrastructure and building demands.

Join us for an exclusive executive roundtable lunch designed for commercial and financial leaders in the construction industry. Over a three-course lunch, we'll draw upon critical findings from industry insights, including Payapps' latest research report, "Building the Future: Navigating Challenges and Opportunities for Quantity Surveyors and Contract Administrators," and delve into core issues and ideas to overcome siloed processes between main contractors and their supply chains to unlock maximum productivity.

This is your opportunity to engage in candid conversations with peers, exchange insights on the real-world challenges highlighted in the research, and discover proven strategies to streamline workflows, improve communication, and foster a culture of collaboration across your projects.

The Stables

The Stables was one of Perth’s first stables and part of the original home of local businessman Jonathon Butterworth. Since adding a farm and hardware store in the late 1800s, the building has shed its skin and been revamped as part of Perth city’s bar revolution, mixing its rich heritage with a fresh, modern beginning.
